DELIVERY & EXCHANGES
1. Delivery via Airmail: 3 - 14 working days.
2. Delivery via Surface Mail: 10 - 30 working days.
3. Customers can request for registered post at additional USD1.70 / SGD2.25. Please indicate in your email when ordering.
4. Items would be properly packaged for safe handling. However, Le Trésor Caché shall not be held responsible for lost parcels/items damaged through mail.

6. There shall be no exchange, unless the item sent out is defected or grossly misinterpreted.
7. For exchange, please notify us within 3 days from date of receipt via email and with a picture of the item sent.
8. Item to be exchanged shall be mailed back to us at the buyer's cost. Replacement item shall be delivered to the buyer via the original normal airmail at our cost.
